Whistleblowing 

La Rinascente provides a whistleblowing system for the reporting of offences provided for by Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 ("Whistleblowing") through the following internal channels:

● Integrity Line platform accessible at the following link: https://rinascente.integrityline.com

● Written communication to be sent to the address of the registered office of the Company la Rinascente S.p.A. Via Giorgio Washington, 70 - 20146 Milan, for the attention of the Supervisory Body, also for the purpose of requesting a direct meeting to report the above-mentioned offences orally.

The Company undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the content of the Whistleblower's Reports, and of the Whistleblower, in compliance with the relevant legislation.
