I won this one here and it helped me a lot, it did come at the best of times.

It has a lot of techniques and real anecdotes of people that is struggling with this work life balance, I put so many flags and highlight all the things that could help me in this book and a lot of it really helped me organize better so bit by bit and with practice it can be done really.

It’s a very recommended book if you need help with organizing and leaving work at work.
