First impressions
I waited a long time to sit and finish this one, and it was so fun to read just like the first one.
The best way to enjoy a rom com, with LGBTQ definitely, I had so much fun with Oliver and cia in this one, the plot was heavy without being depressing so that’s a plus, believe if you haven’t read it yet you’re in for a few big surprises.
Totally loved the style of the author on this plot.
Characters
the gang is back together for more riot and fun, and believe there’s a lot of misunderstandings as usual, omg like how the hell Oliver life can be so messed up and fun at the time right?
And why is everyone getting married on this book, that was like okay no pressures right? but the thing didn’t felt so heavy, so again super plus.
I did have a few heart attacks in the way but, it did end well for Oliver and Tom’s standards.
Themes
wedding, trust, expectations.
Final thoughts
By the end of this rollercoaster you will feel happy maybe sad maybe excstatic but it will leave you wonder what else could be said about this group of friends, that have grown so much in every reader that has cross with them.
Totally enjoyable and fun, perfect to unblock the mind.
About the book
Wanted:
One (very real) husband
Nowhere near perfect but desperately trying his best
In BOYFRIEND MATERIAL, Luc and Oliver met, pretended to fall in love, fell in love for real, dealt with heartbreak and disappointment and family and friends…and somehow figured out a way to make it work. Now it seems like everyone around them is getting married, and Luc’s feeling the social pressure to propose. But it’ll take more than four weddings, a funeral, and a bowl full of special curry to get these two from I don’t know what I’m doing to I do.
Good thing Oliver is such perfect HUSBAND MATERIAL.
