I picked up this one lately and it’s so fun, if you like gay Weres this one isn’t optional you need to read it asap.

Book 1 – The Alpha’s Warlock
Cursed, mated, and in for the fight of their lives…
Warlock Nate Hawthorne just wants a cup of coffee. Is that too much to ask? Apparently. Because instead of precious caffeine, all he gets is cursed by a pack of werewolves who want to use him for his magic. Now the only way to fix the damage is a mate bond to a grumpy and oh-so-sexy alpha in the rival pack, who happens to hate him. This is so not how he wanted to start his day.
Ian Armitage never intended to take Nate as his mate. The Hawthorne family can’t be trusted. Ian knows that better than anyone. The fact that he’s lusted after the way-too-gorgeous man for years? Totally irrelevant. Ian’s just doing what is necessary to protect his pack. This whole mating arrangement has nothing to do with love and never will. That’s his story and he’s sticking to it.
Nate and Ian will have to work together if they have any hope of staving off the pack’s enemies and averting disaster. That’s assuming they can stop arguing (and keep their hands off each other) long enough to save the day…
The Alpha’s Warlock is an explicit M/M paranormal romance featuring a snarky warlock, a brooding alpha werewolf, knotting, enchanted socks (long story), and a guaranteed happily ever after.
Review
This one I snatched in a sale the cover was so pretty really and it was so fun and delicious afterwards.
It was truly a de stress one, you have Nate really piece of work of a warlock I might say, but even with that he was really so relatable it was insta connect with him, and thank god my childhood wasn’t that bad but I could understand where he was coming from.
It has many turns and come backs, however no dull moments with the Armitage’s if there’s something they are not is boring and more so with hte additions to the pack, oh my good luck to them really.
Totally recommended if you’re looking for something to just disconnect from everything since it will have you in cloud 9 with all the characters craziness.

Book 2 – Captive Mate
Captured, imprisoned, and…falling in love?
Arik is many things. Shaman, necromancer, a little on the snarky side…no one could ever accuse him of being boring. But one thing he never intended to be was imprisoned by angry werewolves. Maybe casting that love spell on the sexy alpha pack leader wasn’t such a great idea after all.
Matthew Armitage has a problem. Several of them, actually. And the biggest one is Arik. The shaman can’t be trusted. He’s dangerous enough to get the entire pack killed. Matthew knows that. But knowing doesn’t make it any easier to keep his mind (and hands) off Arik. Surely everything he’s feeling is a side effect of the spell…right?
It’s not long before enemies of the pack start circling—including one intent on claiming Arik as his unwilling mate. If they have any hope of surviving, Arik and Matthew will need to work together. And if they want a shot at happily ever after…well, they’ll just have to cross that bridge when they get to it.
If they get to it…
Captive Mate can (sort of) be read as a standalone, but works best when read in order as part of the Mismatched Mates series, beginning with The Alpha’s Warlock. This book contains a vivid memory of a sexual assault, but the assault occurs in the past and off-page and is not between the main characters.
Review
I couldn’t even wait a second after finishing the first installment when I was already plunging into this one.
One thing to say about this one Arik’s something else of damaged but I loved him like that anyways he is my frisky little cat.
From this series he was on par if not more tragic than Nate, but I like the synergy between them both really, craziness everywhere and fun ensues at all times.
The sardonic undertone really made this book a gem, I tell you no boring anything with the Armitage’s
If you’re not afraid of a lot of drama dive in right away.

Book 2.5 – A Very Armitage Christmas
’Tis the season…for zombies?
It’s two days before Christmas, and the Armitage pack’s getting ready for the holiday. Nate’s decorating the driveway with dozens of light-up candy canes (well, bullying Ian into doing it for him, but details). Matthew’s sitting through yet another endless pack council meeting.
And Arik’s raising revenants in the herb garden.
When a plague of zombies and an infestation of in-laws hits on Christmas Eve, Nate, Ian, Arik and Matthew will need to pick up their machetes, put some Bing Crosby on the record player, and overcome their relationship issues if they want to make it to Christmas morning.
This book follows the same characters and refers to the events of The Alpha’s Warlock and Captive Mate, and really should be read in series. Warning: Contains a modified inflatable Santa, a snowblower put to a really unusual purpose…and knotting. Because of course it does!
Review
After the first two, this one came as a fun and short read to ease the tension with the drama the first books, now i’m not saying we don’t have drama in this one, but it’s so much lighter in a way.
Who doesn’t love xmas with decorations and food and revenants coming your way? maybe we can skip those and other stressful surprises? well not on Armitage’s territory we can’t since we have a warlock and shaman not very well trained and creating havoc every step of the way.
I did like this one, it felt so wholesome by the end and it was just nice to add all the fun for the alpha’s because yes they were having fun lots of it.

Book 2.6 – First Blood
Blood is a necessity, but love is a luxury they can’t afford…
Vampire enforcer Victor Schmidt doesn’t have time for distraction. His enhanced senses can track human blood in or out of a body, but it doesn’t usually smell like oranges, honey, and temptation. And it’s not usually coursing through the veins of a beautiful back-alley rentboy. That should make it easier, right? Pay, bite and be on his way.
While prostitution isn’t Laurie’s dream job, someone has to take care of his sister and her kids. But being a blood donor to a tall, dark and brooding vamp isn’t part of his career plan. Until he agrees…and it’s far more pleasurable than he could have imagined.
Nurturing isn’t in Victor’s wheelhouse, yet he finds himself tucking the all-too-tempting boy into bed. And feeling things he shouldn’t be. When Laurie’s attacked, it’s almost a relief: breaking necks is way more Victor’s style and he’s all-too-happy to kill. But Laurie being kidnapped wasn’t part of anyone’s plan.
Now Victor’s determined to save Laurie at any cost. Can he bring them both out alive, or will they die before they’ve even shared their first kiss?
This book is set in the world of the Mismatched Mates series, but it stands alone. However, look for cameos of your favorite characters from the other books in the series.
Review
After a few books, we get another insight with this one, going into vampire territory seems like more fun to be had really so let’s sail right in.
I loved this pair, Laurie is so sassy opposed to Victor’s chivalry ways, they make a perfect pair really, I got super invested and it’s so short it leaving you craving to know what more it’s coming their way, I hope to find out soon.
Recommended if you like vampires, lots of misunderstandings and spicy romance.
