Really liked the book, it made me understand a lot of how I can help myself with my IBD and what things I should moderate in my food, what I need to eat more and the things I need to change to better my diet needs.
I would have loved more recipes at the end, but with all this info I think I can do a little recipe searching with this marvelous anti inflammatory foods.
