This one it came to me in the best of times, I was struggling yet again with so much stress and having a lot of trouble navigating life and it came like godsend.
It helped me a lot, the book if used correctly can help with several things about stressful situations and to not get overwhelmed by life and try to live a better life, it’s not easy as nothing ever is, this are practices so you need to compromise and do it recurrently for it to have any impact at all in your life but I think you mental health is worth it.
